What happened

David Mitchell (Managing Director) and Hannah Rawlinson (People Director) joined one of our taster sessions. They enjoyed the session so…

  1. They wanted their team to have the best possible consulting capability and for everyone to have an equal skill level with clients. They felt our programme supported this goal so signed up their UK team.
  2. We kicked off by joining one of their team days. We introduced the programme to everyone so they all understood what was going to happen.
  3. We ran a 1-hour Zoom workshop every other week with the team, following our client leadership curriculum. We also did 1-on-1 coaching with senior team members (following our Get CoachingTM process.
  4. We engaged with the cohort throughout, making sure people could translate their learnings into long-lasting behaviour change.
