The programme was practical, transformative and empowering for the Made Media team. They now have the confidence, skills and know-how to lead and inspire clients in any situation. And as a remote-first team, it’s boosted their internal communications.

What happened

The Made Media team heard about the Team Sterka programme. They liked the idea of it so:

    1. They implemented their own programme internally. They could see the benefits but felt they were only scratching the surface of what was possible.
    2. Some Made Media leadership team members joined a Team Sterka taster session. They wanted to understand more about our programme.
    3. They liked the taster so enrolled their entire team. We began onboarding so we could tailor the curriculum for the diverse job roles within the team.
    4. We ran a 1-hour Zoom workshop every other week for 6 months, following our client leadership curriculum. We also did 1-on-1 coaching with leadership team members using our Get Coaching framework.
    5. Team members started to implement what they were learning straightaway. They could see the results with clients and also internally with each other.
