Why are some people so rude?
You may work with people that don’t show an interest in you as a person.
They might only talk about work and do so in a blunt and perfunctory way.
The thing is, some people primarily get their energy from problem-solving.
Their communications are shaped by this need. They’re not setting out to upset you. They’re just driven to solve problems.
So next time someone is ‘rude’, ask yourself…
Are they being rude? Or are they communicating this way because they’re driven to crack on with the task at hand?
