And it equally applies to crafting a convincing argument.
So if you want to convince stakeholders to take onboard your recommendations… Or that they should sign off your work… Or that they should choose you to do the work…
Come up with three key messages to support this. Two isn’t enough to persuade. And four is too many.
Three is the magic number.
