If you do this all the time, you become the bottleneck. You end up doing all the thinking. Your team stops thinking for themselves.
This means:
👉 You reduce team contribution
👉 You increase dependence on you
👉 You may end up frustrated and overloaded
So next time someone brings you a problem, hold back on providing a solution.
Move them away from learned helplessness. Ask: “What do you think?”
Listen. Coach them. Let them figure it out.
Stop solving their problems.
