Do you make sure that other people know this?
You might have worked 12-hour days to hit a deadline, put in extra time on the weekend or dropped all your other priorities.
If so, be sure to tell the person who requested the work.
It’s not about bragging, showing off or looking for accolades. It’s about other people understanding the effort you put in to deliver.
Do this and they’ll appreciate the magnitude of the request they asked. And they’ll appreciate you more.
