Find out what dissatisfies them. What causes them to feel upset, frustrated and/or annoyed regularly?
Dissatisfying factors consume people’s energy. They take up mental space. They suck up time.
Ask people what dissatisfying factors affect them. And then work together to eliminate them.
You can do a lot to motivate people and increase their satisfaction. But doing so won’t take away the dissatisfying factors.
So to get the best out of people, start by removing sources of dissatisfaction.
