When someone starts talking, let them fully offload before you respond.
Even if you disagree. Even if you’re sure they’re wrong. Even if you’ve already formed your reply.
Jumping in risks conflict. It risks alienating them. And it risks you missing important information.
Let them say everything they need to. Then:

👉 Agree on a win-win next step
Let people finish. Really finish.
That’s how you build collaboration. And that’s how you build influence.
