Start by helping them succeed at something that matters to them.
Ask what they’re working on, and how you can support them. And then:
👉 Share something that will make their job easier
👉 Take on a small task that helps them move faster
👉 Be a sounding board so they can think something through
You don’t need authority to lead. Just help people get where they’re trying to go.
You can be a leader to your peers. And you don’t need to act like a boss.
