Have strong opinions, weakly held

Have strong opinions… And be very open to changing them.

Strong opinions can:

And holding these opinions weakly can:

👉 Encourage open dialogue
👉 Make you adaptable and open to change
👉 Promote better decision-making 

It’s great to be passionate about your beliefs. 

And it’s just as great to be open to other perspectives. 

So next time you form an opinion, strongly advocate for it. But hold on to it weakly.
