You might need to delegate more.
Do this and you’ll be busier in the short term.
You’ll need to explain everything. You’ll need to track progress. You’ll need to provide support.
It’s often quicker and easier to do tasks yourself.
But when you share tasks, you empower other people. You eliminate learned helplessness. And you reduce your workload in the long run.
Invest time in delegating and coaching. It’s slower at first. But it pays off big time later.
Just have a little patience.
