Do you really need a meeting?

Don’t get a reputation for calling pointless meetings. You don’t mean to – but you might be doing this. 

There are 3 reasons why you might want to have a meeting:

1. Your objective is to solve a problem
2. It’s likely that 2+ people will have actions
3. It’s a complex debate about a contentious topic

If you can’t say yes to any of these, don’t call a meeting. Send out a message instead.
