Don’t ignore it.
You could ask:
👉 Tell me what’s on your mind?
👉 It feels like we’re avoiding something – can we talk about it?
👉 What are your concerns?
We often avoid difficult conversations. But if you don’t address the issue, nothing changes.
Naming it takes the sting out of it. It moves things forward.
Be the person who speaks up.
Call out the elephant in the room.
