Next time you put forward an idea, talk about these three things:
👉 Problem – What’s the issue?
👉 Solution – How does your idea fix it?
👉 Payoff – Why should they care?
If you only talk about the problem, they might switch off.
If you only explain the solution, you may lose them.
And if you don’t highlight the payoff, they won’t see why it matters.
It’s good to be correct.
But people are more likely to agree with you when they understand the benefit.
