What happened
Dan Gent (Director & Founder) received an email invitation to one of our taster sessions. He attended along with his co-founder, Tom Johnson. The process was:
- Dan was interested because he’d never seen a learning programme packaged up this way. He was keen to invest in the team to support business growth.
- He signed up the entire Lighthouse team to our client leadership programme. This meant that everyone went through it together and had a shared experience.
- We onboarded the Lighthouse team. We demonstrated an understanding of their world so as to get the whole team motivated about doing the programme.
- We completed our first programme with the team, engaging with them throughout to keep engagement levels high.
- Lighthouse continues to enrol new joiners on our programme. This continually levels up team members.
