Imagine you’re hosting a queen or king

Imagine that they’re a queen or king*.

How would you prepare if this was the case? 

Would you dial in early and check your camera, microphone, lighting etc. were all in place?

If it’s IRL, would you visit the room before and check it was tidy? Perhaps put some light refreshments in the room?

And when you’re with them, would you think about their needs beyond just the meeting?

Now think about your next meeting with an important client or stakeholder. How will you make them feel like a queen or king?
