Work out what you want your meeting to achieve. Then ask yourself…
“What’s the absolute minimum number of people I need to achieve this outcome?”
Only invite these people.
👉 Worried you might offend someone? Message them to explain why they’re not invited.
👉 Need people from a team to attend? Offer one space and have them decide who attends.
👉 Want someone to stay informed? Message them after the meeting with the actions.
With fewer people, each person can contribute more. The discussion becomes richer, more in-depth and inclusive.
