You probably need to show more leadership

Leadership is helping others perform to the best of their abilities while driving towards a shared goal.

We all need to be leaders to each other. Being a leader is no longer based on hierarchy.

You should show leadership to people that report into you.

You should show leadership to your peers.

And you should show leadership to your bosses.

Go out of your way to help other people be the best version of themselves. Go out of your way to achieve shared goals.

Good things tend to happen when you do this.
