And certainly more likeable than doing a favour for someone else.
You see, we tell ourselves that we help others because we like them. It would feel weird to do a favour for someone that we don’t actually like.
So next time you do something for a client or stakeholder…
Remember to also ask them for a favour. Even if it’s something really small.
They may just start to like you more. And the more people like you, the more likely they are to support you in achieving your goals.
